Ground deeply for health and confidence
As I sit here writing this energy forecast, I’m looking out of a hotel window as the colours of sunrise spread across the sky. Already, (a few days before the beginning of the month), the periwinkle blue is filling the horizon and settling into our human energy field.
We’ve had a big few months! The cosmic vibration has moved through the energies of silver, rose-gold, and purply brown helping us all as we continue to be part of the emerging shift in collective consciousness.
How are you doing? These energies have invited a deeper weaving of all aspects of you; your body, your mind, and your soul. Take a moment and think back to the end of June. What has occurred between now and then? What has changed? In what way do you notice that you have changed…even in subtle ways? You are always evolving, always becoming and always, always utterly unique, utterly you.
This periwinkle blue is gentle, powerful and has a push-pull energy to it. It carries the energy of the Sacred Witness, asking you to see yourself, to observe yourself, to witness yourself in your totality. Not just who you choose to project or shine into the world, but the whole you, the deepest you; you in your authenticity in all of your shadow and all of your light. In all of your smallness and all of your bigness. Can you witness yourself and be kind? Can you witness your wholeness and not fall to self-criticism or harsh judgements? This may feel totally comfortable to you, or really, really squirmy. How much of yourself do you hide from yourself or the world? Are you a different person when you are with a different group of friends? Do you present one way at work, one at home, another with your parents, another with kids…..you get the picture.
It takes so much energy not to be in our fullness. It takes so much effort and work. What would it be like to be you? Just you. All you.
This periwinkle gives you the push to actively enquire how you can show up more complete, more whole in all parts of your day and life. It nurtures your natural resilience and the awareness of just how connected and supported you are. You have air to breathe, water to drink, people who care for you, strangers who return your smile, and a heart that beats with the rich blood of life. Use this resilience and support to tend to your hope and your courage. How can you show up to be the wise, resilient, and joyful heart warrior as you walk your precious life?
For your body; nourish your gut and ground ground ground!
Because of the push pull energy this month there are two areas that this periwinkle blue may be challenging for your body. The first is the gut and the second is your grounding (and of course, they are so deeply linked!) It is a great month to bring special care and attention to your digestive system including your stomach and large and small intestines.
There is so much recent research to remind us just how vital gut health is to our overall health not only physically with its relationship with our immune system as well as nutrient absorption, but also its health is vital to our mental health and even our hormonal health. This periwinkle blue energy is gentle and supportive, yet carries an energy that invites us to move forward, to step out, to unfold in whatever ways we need to unfold, and this could well leave your stomach (and digestive system) a little behind … think roller coaster when you are suddenly going down, down, down and it feels like your stomach is still somewhere at the top!
Because of this quick movement, this is a month where your grounding practices are going to jump right up in importance (and they are ALWAYS important!). Staying grounded is key to supporting your gut health and feeling that no matter what is moving for you, you are stable, resilient, and even joyful. I’d love for you to get really confident in knowing what your ALWAYS GROUNDING PRACTICE is. By that I mean, what unfailingly supports your grounding, no matter what is going on. No matter whether you are stressed, upset, happy, suddenly in love, or frustrated and bored! Knowing which is YOUR exercise or practice means that you are always able to bring that one super simple technique in any situation to help hold you strong, resilient, and healthy. In any situation, you don’t have to figure out what you do. You already know it. It can be your go-to, your ‘I’m struggling, I know what to do that will help’, your ‘OMG, thank goodness I remembered to do it. I feel so much better!’.
In my video this month, I lead you through the essential understandings of grounding including that energetically, it is just as important for us to ground up above our head as well as down beneath our feet. I also share with you some of the techniques and exercises that I’ve seen be so effective as go-to essential grounding practices, as well as which practice is MY go-to grounding; the one that always anchors me deep in my self, my energy, and my ease.

For Your Mind and Soul
November’s push-pull energy to it isn’t too demanding or too pushy/pully, but nonetheless, even as it pushes you to step forward in authenticity, it pulls you deeper so you are able to take that inner journey of self-discovery.
The practice of Sacred Witnessing invites you to pause, tuck inwards, and observe your life from a place of curiosity, allowing the wisdom of your soul to whisper, sing or shout its guidance. Pay attention to the nudges that come forward in your quiet times, to the ‘coincidences’ that occur around you as you go through your day, listen to your dreams, and get curious.

This time of year, whether you are in Autumn in the northern hemisphere, or Spring in the southern hemisphere, you are in the time of transition and change between the seasons of highest sun (Summer Solstice) and deepest dark (Winter Solstice). You can use the energy of this periwinkle blue, which is deeply supportive for your heart/soul connection, to really align your hopes, dreams, and wishes for your life. A sacred practice for you this month would be to create some space and time where you can sit and really dream into how you would like to be experiencing your life by the December Solstice, and then again by the June Solstice. Think forward, feel forward, dream forward. Be courageous, dare to dream, dare to hope. When you give your energy a possible pathway forward, it can align in cohesion and call to help manifest that intention into your life.
Use this periwinkle blue to bring that deeper alignment. Walk your inner journey in a place of curiosity to discover what your soul is looking for, for your fuller emergence into the wholeness of your life. Support your grounding, nurture your gut, and get really, really curious: ‘What am I ready to receive?’
